The Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies (IFF) was set up in 2004. At the faculty, researchers in 3 different departments and centres investigate a variety of societal issues and teach in interdisciplinary contexts.
Management and Economics
The Faculty of Management and Economics has had an interdisciplinary approach right from the very start. Here students and researchers from 10 different departments work together to fulfil the faculty maxim – to “rethink management”.
The Faculty of Humanities was founded in 1993 and has a well-established global presence and network. The department covers a varied spectrum of core humanities subjects.
The Faculty of Technical Sciences has been in existence since 2007. Staff-student ratios across the faculty’s nine departments are excellent, and the practice-oriented research and pure research conducted by the faculty complement one another.
