Students attending the university can enjoy special conditions from the company listed below for the following service: Active search for accommodation, only in the event of success in finding accommodation (€ 200,- plus 20% sales tax).
The more specific your search request, the easier it will be for the real estate agent. When submitting your enquiry, please include the following details: Size, location, price, rental period, room, balcony, pets, flat-sharing possible. This service is only available for accommodation with a statutory minimum rental period of 16 months.
Accommodation mailing list of the ÖH Klagenfurt/Celovec
To find out about accommodation in and around Klagenfurt, you are also welcome to sign up for the accommodation mailing list of the ÖH Klagenfurt/Celovec (Austrian student union). The housing officer collects information on new accommodation options for students and regularly sends out the offers to the recipients of the mailing list. Please note that this is an information service and that the subscription to the mailing list does not include personal assistance in finding accommodation; you are responsible for contacting the respective landlord or landlady directly.
To register for the mailing list, please use the listing “Student accommodation/ Unterkünfte für Studierende” on the digital notice board of the University of Klagenfurt.
