Profile
The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for the essential task of networking the operational and strategic levels of HR and further developing the university’s HR processes. Recruitment, staff retention and the strategic development of human resources are the core tasks of the Human Resources Directorate in order to create optimal personnel management conditions for the University of Klagenfurt.
Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for: Family Services, Human Resources Department, Staff Development Department, Health Management, Occupational Health and Safety & Accessibility
