Prospective exchange students can find all the information necessary for applying as an exchange student to the University of Klagenfurt (AAU) as well as receive advice and support regarding underlying legal conditions.
The International Office offers general advice as well as assistance to incoming exchange students and staff from our partner universities in the search for accommodation.
“Exchange” or “incoming” students are students who wish to spend part of their degree course at the University of Klagenfurt under one of the following mobility programmes:
International students or students who are not planning on coming to the University of Klagenfurt via an exchange programme (“regular deegree seeking students”), will find useful information about the application process as well as the admission to the University of Klagenfurt on the following pages.
The University of Klagenfurt offers a varity of degree programmes that are taught in English.
The University of Klagenfurt offers several lectures in various study fields in English. Please note that these courses are NOT language courses and you should have a basic knowledge of English (B1/B2) to attend the courses.
The University of Klagenfurt offers German Courses that run throughout the semester.
