STUDY
If you would like to register for a programme of study at Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, you will need to complete an online application. This enables you to record your profile data and the course you would like to study.
After completing self registration, selecting your programme of study and entering your personal details, you will be assigned a reference number. You will need this number at a later date to enrol at the Programmes and Exams Office.
General admission period:
7 July to 5 September 2021
Extended admission period:
6 September to 30 November 2021

11.01.2021 – 05.02.2021
Extended admission period:
06.02.2021 – 30.04.2021
Applicants not currently enrolled on a programme at AAU Klagenfurt will need to complete an online application.
Students and those who have left the university wishing to enter a programme with a special admissions process must also apply online. If you have already been removed from the university register, no longer know your log-in details or have log-in details that no longer work, please contact the IT services Helpdesk.
