Students admitted on to a course in the same subject at another university in Austria must also provide the leaving certificate from their previous university, in addition to the documents listed below.

You should bring the following documents (originals) with you when you enrol with the Programmes and Exams Office:

• Online application reference number
• Proof of general eligibility for university entrance
• Proof of any special university entrance qualification (if applicable – see Admission to degree programmes page)
• A valid passport or proof of citizenship, along with an official photographic identity document
• Proof of social security number
• Marriage certificate if applicable

If you have attended another university in Austria, your matriculation number will remain the same.
