Tours for school pupils

For tours for school pupils, please contact Lisa Trattner:

Telephone: +43 (0)463 2700 9512
Email: lisa.trattner [at] aau.at

If, in connection with a tour, borrowing cards are issued for the entire school class (or the majority of the class), we request you to follow the following procedure:

  1. Please collect the forms from all pupils. (school ID, confirmation of residence, declaration of liability)
  2. Email these to schalter.bibliothek(at)uni-klu.ac.at or drop them off at the loan desk at least five days prior to the tour. If possible, a list of the pupils stating their names, dates of birth, email addresses and telephone numbers would be advantageous.
  3. After the tour, the cards will be issued to the pupils. Each pupil will then be required to pay € 13 and to sign the reader master data sheet.
