University publications can be found in various forms – physical and/or digital – and they are generally accessible online for all users:
The printed form of more recent university publications (up until 2018) can be found in the study and meeting area (level 2); they can also be borrowed. Please note that in addition to a printed version, these titles are also accessible online.
Since 2018, university publications exist exclusively in digital form. Digitally accessible final theses can either be accessed or downloaded at surf@ubk as well as in the institutional repository netlibrary or they can be accessed at the kiosk PC in the “non-rest/course lounge” area (level 2) (if online publication was refused).
ATTENTION: use of university publications only accessible at the kiosk PC is limited due to legal restrictions (limited printing/downloading).
Temporarily blocked theses are registered at surf@ubk but marked “blocked”. On expiry of blocking period, they can be accessed.
Please note: it may take a little while for university publications to be registered at surf@ubk. Processing and underlying technical workflows take several weeks.
