- Teamwork room 1 “Cube”: 1st floor (level 2) in the new building (L.2.09) for up to 8 people
- Teamwork room 2 “EDZ”: 1st floor (level 2) in the central buildings (Z.2.11b) for up to 15 people (the site of the former European Documentary Centre room)
- Teamwork room 3 “ES”: 2nd floor (level 3) in the central building (Z.3.02b) for up to 12 people (next to the semester collections)
Register via “Anmeldung” button (top right) with your AAU access data. Don’t forget to accept the conditions of use.
Check rooms for availability. You can switch from Today [Tagesübersicht] (all 3 rooms at present) to Week [Wochenübersicht] (calendar of a particular room).
Click “New booking” [Neue Buchung] button.
Fill out form like this:
- Give your reservation a title. (obligatory) – Attention: publicly visible!
- Specify date and time.
- Important: choose one particular room.
Attention: please do not change category! The option “UB staff” is only valid for library staff.
If you want to make a booking, click date in question on calendar.

- export your entry.
To view all your dates, click “Bookings” [Buchungen] in menu.
