Between 17th -20th November the Europe Biobank Week 2020 has taken place. More than 700 professionals met virtually to exchange their knowledge and to discuss current topics concerning biobanking. Dr.phil. Volodymyr Shekhovtsov from ICS was one of the participating experts.
From 18th– 24th October 2020 the “International Conference on Web Services” (ICWS) was held in Beijing, China. Because of Covid 19 it was organized as online conference. Less than 20 % of all submitted papers was accepted for the Conference. One of them was “Computing Admissible Temporal SLAs for Web Service Compositions” by Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Marco Franceschetti and O.Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Johann Eder.
From 25th – 27th November the “International Conference on Future Data and Security Engineering (FDSE)” has taken place.
The conference was hosted by the Quy Nhon University, Binh Dinh, Vietnam. Because of the Covid 19 pandemic it was organized as online conference.
O.Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Johann Eder was invited to talk as one of the Keynote-Speakers about “Data Quality for Medical Data Lakelands”.
From 23th to 25th September the 27nd edition of the “International Symposium on Temporal Representation and Reasoning (TIME)” takes place.
As one of the keynote speakers O.Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Johann Eder was invited to talk about “Time and Business Process Management: Problems, Achievements, Challenges.”
Univ.-Ass. Dipl.Ing. Marco Franceschetti and O.Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Eder even presented their current work about “Negotiating Temporal Commitments in Cross-Organizational Business Processes.”
From 8th to 12th June the 32nd edition of the CAiSE conference take place, hosted by the Laboratory of Informatics of Grenoble (LIG) at University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA, France). Because of coronavirus pandemic, the (more than 1000) participants all over the world met each other online.
O.Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Eder was one of the speakers at the opening conference and presented, together with Univ.-Ass. Dipl.Ing. Marco Franceschetti, two papers about current results:
