Registration is now open at: https://conference3.aau.at/event/156/registrations/

Early-bird registration offers a regular conference fee and is available until April 30^th 2026. After this date, the higher fee applies. Please note that the conference content and access are the same in both cases. The difference is only the price, which increases after the early-bird deadline.

Early-bird registration opens: March 6^th, 2026

(1) regular fee without dinner 210,00 €/with dinner 265,00 €;

(2) student fee without dinner 110,00 €/with dinner 165,00 € (please upload valid student ID)

Late registration continues: May 1^st, 2026

(1) late fee without dinner 250,00 €/with dinner 305,00 €;

(2) late student fee without dinner 150,00 €/with dinner 205,00 € (please upload valid student ID)

Registration closes: June 15^th, 2026

If you require supporting documents for visa applications, travel authorisation, or institutional reimbursement, please contact the organising team and indicate what exactly your institution or authority requires. We will provide the relevant confirmation where possible.

The registration form also allows you to indicate which documents, beyond a general participation confirmation, you would like us to prepare for you for reimbursement purposes at your institution.

If you are registering at the student rate, you will be required to upload proof of your current student status.

Three social events are planned:

• Pre-conference Welcome Reception (02 July 2026) – included in the registration fee, selectable during registration.
• Conference Opening Reception (03 July 2026) – included in the registration fee, selectable during registration.
• Conference Dinner (04 July 2026) – optional, €50 surcharge (as above), selectable during registration.

The registration form also asks on which conference days you will be present. This information is used solely for catering planning, so we can order appropriately and avoid unnecessary food waste.
