Below you will find accommodation options for BICLCE11 participants, as well as practical information on how to reach Klagenfurt and the University of Klagenfurt.

We have arranged room contingents at the partner hotels listed first. When booking, please mention that you are attending the BICLCE11 conference to access any agreed conditions, subject to availability within the contingent.

The additional hotel list links to a broader range of options in Klagenfurt and the surrounding area, including locations in the vicinity that are easily reachable by public transport (e.g., bus connections to the city and the university area).

We strongly recommend booking accommodation as early as possible.

The conference dates coincide with the start of the summer season, and other events in the region appear to be increasing demand and reducing availability.
