Ziel der Forschung ist es, theoretisch fundierte und empirisch belastbare Erkenntnisse bereitzustellen, die Organisationen befähigen, sowohl inkrementelle als auch radikale Innovationen systematisch zu managen und technologische wie gesellschaftliche Transformationsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten.
