Discussion with Chargé d’Affairs E. Young, US Embassy, Vienna

The course „LV 552.287: Presidents as Fathers“ will serve as open and welcoming forum for Chargé d’Affairs Eugene Young, who will deliver remarks on the US presidency, the new administration and its policies, and Austrian-American relations. This will be followed by an extended discussion in which especially students are invited discuss with Mr. Young their questions about American culture, history, and politics. Faculty who have an interest in intercultural exchange with the United States are, of course, also most welcome to come and join in.

This event is made possible by the close cooperation between the Department of History (AAU) and the Department of American Studies (KF Uni Graz), and the growing, nurturing network for broad American Studies within the framework of the Entwicklungsverbund Süd-Ost.
