This section focuses on the offerings and actions within the University of Klagenfurt that contribute to an inclusive university culture.
Specific offers within the area of diversity include the Master’s degree in diversity pedagogy, the Master’s degree in cross-border-studies, the extension programme inter/ transcultural competencies, the support of first-generation students, the pilot project PromoLi (Doctorates without limits), the training programme (including a certificate) gender and diversity competences for staff members, the university programme senior studies liberale, the centre for sign language and hearing impairment communication as well as the centre for peace research and peace-building.

Arbitration Committee
The arbitration committee is a unit according to § 43 UG 2002. Anybody can seek it out in cases of conflict between university members (according to § 94 students, research scholarship holders, the scientific and artistic university personnel, the general university personnel, private lecturers, emeritus university professors, and retired professors are members of the university).
