Our Teaching Approach
Managers are expected to thoroughly analyze and fully comprehend business scenarios and assess their impact on an organization’s financial targets. At the same time, we have noticed that management accounting can differ significantly from company to company.
Due to this, it is our aim to help our students develop essential methodological skills, while also providing them with the necessary awareness and ability to judge which management accounting instruments are suitable in a particular context and which are not. For us, it is not only about teaching skills but rather empowering our students to use management instruments independently, purposefully and creatively.
Our didactic approaches include conventional lectures, seminars, as well as case study and project-based courses. Students are encouraged to actively participate and become co-creators of the courses. Our courses are taught by professors, research assistants and renowned experts from companies.
