Dr. Christina-Franca Feyertag, M.Sc.

Christina Feyertag was born and raised in Carinthia but has always been drawn to explore foreign countries which led her to attend an international school in Udine, Italy for 2 years. After graduating from high school she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Alpen Adria University in Klagenfurt and subsequently her Master’s degree in Economic Psychology at King’s College in London. After completing her studies (in 2014) she went on to work for a Human Resources Consulting Firm in Vienna where she counselled industrial companies such as Infineon and Mahle. In spring 2016 she started to work on her PhD Thesis (research focus: complaint management) and she completed her doctoral studies in 2020. Christina Feyertag is a valuable team member of the Service Management Department at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt.
