The “Tennis Season Pass” allows the player to use the tennis courts from 08:00 AM (weather permitting), outside of course times, during the summer season specified on the registration form. Excluding events (from a group size of 10 persons or more).

To use the tennis court reservation system, a one-time initial registration is required (this process is not necessary if the registration has already occurred in a previous semester).

In any case, all players (i.e., Season Pass holders or those paying the court fee as guest players) must present the appropriate proof to the USI Outdoor Sports Coordinator for correct tariff classification before their first match. The player is responsible for ensuring correct classification. Complaints after payment has been made will generally not be considered.

Afterward, courts can be reserved here.

Note: During course times, a court will remain available for regular play. The right to play cannot be transferred to third parties.

Reservation Rules:

  • Guest players may make a reservation no earlier than two days before the start of the match.
  • Students, staff, and season pass holders can reserve up to 4 hours in advance or make 2 active reservations.
  • The maximum reservation duration per match is 2 hours.
  • Last-minute reservations are allowed for everyone when enough courts are available.
  • Reservations can be canceled up to one hour before the scheduled time.

If you hold a Tennis Season Pass and your playing partner does not (i.e., a guest player), the guest player must pay half of the court fee to the USI Outdoor Sports Coordinator before the match in cash.

If individuals do not hold a Tennis Season Pass (i.e., guest players), the regular court fee (per court per hour) must be paid to the USI Outdoor Sports Coordinator before the match in cash.
