Psychologist Theresa Tschauko is conducting research into how different stages of women’s health affect their work behaviour as member of the research group Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management. The conclusion of her work to date is that women carry on working – even when it hurts.
As part of the Young Scientist Mentoring Programme at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, Theresa Tschauko is currently undertaking a research stay at the University of Amsterdam. She is hosted by the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences within the Programme Group Work and Organizational Psychology.
Im Rahmen des Young Scientist Mentoring Programmes der Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt absolviert Theresa Tschauko derzeit einen Forschungsaufenthalt an der Universität Amsterdam. Dort ist sie an der Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences in der Programme Group Work and Organizational Psychology zu Gast.
