The team at the Department of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management (OBHRM) is dedicated to research and teaching in the areas of human resources, leadership, and organisation, as well as empirical research methods.
We deal with key topics in human resources, and organisational research, such as employee commitment, organisational development, hospital management, teleworking, and health in the workplace (especially presenteeism).
A wide range of courses provides state-of-the-art knowledge for various groups of students in bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes. The courses on offer include topics such as change and diversity management, human resource management, and quantitative and qualitative research methods.
