TUTORING & MENTORING
We offer regular training opportunities for all tutors and mentors. These include workshops on teaching and tutoring, advising students and on the personal development of tutors and mentors. Certificates of attendance are issued for participation in our training programmes. You can also partke in the qualification programme tutoring.
In the summer semester 2026 we are happy to allocate places in the following workshops subject to availability:

Qualification Programme Tutoring
To complete the Qualification Programme, you need to participate in the Basic Tutor Training, 4 workshops of the T&M training programme and the workshops Reflection Tutoring Part 1 & Reflection Tutoring Part 2.
After completing all components, you will receive a certificate.

The content and structural standards of our Qualification Programme are oriented on the guidelines of the “Netzwerk Tutorienarbeit an Hochschulen”, of which the Servicepoint Tutoring & Mentoring has been a member since 2023.
