Allow us to introduce: Fräulein Flora

Eva Krallinger-Gruber, from Salzburg, studied Journalism and Communication Studies at AAU. She has worked in France, Belgium, America and Switzerland. Now she is her own boss, and spends her time showing what Salzburg has to offer in the online city magazine ‘Fräulein Floras Favourite Hangouts’. She runs the blog together with her husband and is planning to publish her own magazine soon. Reunited with … Sarah Hüttepohl

Sarah Hüttepohl studied Media and Communications Science and Applied Business Administration at AAU and has been working since 2012 as an editor for the documentary series ‘Bergwelten’ (mountain worlds) and ‘Retroalpin’ (retro alpine) at Servus TV. Sarah is originally from the German city of Wuppertal, and is passionate about winter sports and the Alps. In an interview with ad astra, she explains how she turned her passion for ‘mountain film’ into a career.

“A rocking ship, limited internet and repeated trips out in the dinghy between the actual PR work.” This is how Melanie Aldrian, graduate of the Alpen-Adria-Universität, describes a day in her life when she’s out on location working for Greenpeace International. Originally from the Austrian region of Styria, she has been working as a media spokesperson for Greenpeace CEE in Vienna and for Greenpeace International since February 2011.
