Our two speakers will be:

Farah Ghanem is a certified corporate trainer and leadership coach with more than a decade of experience in

management, emotional intelligence, and training gamification. Over the past ten years, she has trained over

30,000 individuals across 40+ countries, equipping leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals with practical tools in

leadership, business strategy, entrepreneurship, employment, soft skills, and digital transformation.

Her mission is to empower people to unlock their full potential through innovative, impact-driven, and gamified

methods that make learning both effective and engaging.

 

Wadih Mahfoud is a Lebanese architect, designer, and social innovator, best known as the founder of Wadih

Mahfoud Studio (WMS) and ARTICKLE, a socio-architectural brand dedicated to sustainability and community

empowerment. Through ARTICKLE, which earned him the UNDP Innovator of the Year Award in 2023, Wadih

pioneers projects that integrate eco-conscious design with social development, particularly in rural and

marginalized areas. Alongside practice, he has served as a design instructor at the Lebanese International

University, mentoring future architects. His work reflects a philosophy that architecture should not only inspire but

also rebuild, empower, and transform communities sustainably.
