In spring 2025, the working library of the Carinthian author moved to the University of Klagenfurt with the task of cataloguing it and making it accessible for research, teaching and the interested public.
The Ingeborg Bachmann Library is on loan to the University of Klagenfurt from its owners, the Province of Carinthia and the City of Klagenfurt.
All inquiries regarding the publication of annotations by Ingeborg Bachmann or related findings should be directed to the State of Carinthia – Department of Culture.

Use of the Ingeborg Bachmann Library is subject to the provisions of the Terms of Use of the Klagenfurt University Library in their currently valid form.
