Interactive! Talents programme
Through the Interactive! Talents programme, we connect top students with companies while the students are still at university. We organise meetings, company visits, workshops and the innovation incubator, where participating students can dedicate themselves to a hands-on project.
#NEXT – Speed Dating for Interns
The #NEXT event supports small companies in Carinthia in their search for committed interns. As in classic speed dating, you present your company and the internship opportunity in a three-minute presentation. Afterwards, you meet motivated students in a series of short one-to-one conversations.
Mentoring Programme: Job Shadowing
Through Job Shadowing, students gain a one-day introduction to your company and everyday working life. The format introduces them to different career paths and helps you build meaningful connections with potential future employees.
Klagenfurt Scholarship
With the Klagenfurt Scholarship, you mentor outstanding Master’s students and work with these talented young people over the two-year scholarship programme through internships, Master’s theses or project work. You award your scholarship for a specific field of study, allowing you to get to know future specialists while they are still studying.

As a partner of the Alumni Network, you reach a highly valuable audience: our graduates. More than 27,000 alumni are already part of our network, with around 1,000 new graduates joining every year.

The inspire! Lab is designed to foster creativity and entrepreneurial thinking. Here, school pupils and students from Carinthia can help shape the future with their ideas.
Covering around 130 square metres, the inspire! Lab offers space for groups of up to 30 people. The interior can be arranged flexibly, and the furniture and walls are coated with magnetic, writable surfaces, allowing ideas to take shape freely and become part of the space itself.
