Progress reports
Regular evaluation and documenting your progress can make sure that your thesis project stays on track. This is an essential cornerstone to the success of large projects completed over a number of years. In addition to an exposé and thesis agreement, the regulations on doctoral programmes stipulate an additional planning tool in the form of annual progress reports.
You use the annual progress reports for structured feedback sessions with your supervisor. During these sessions, you discuss the status of your project, receive feedback on the work you have done to date, set interim objectives and agree other activities.
