This networking event offers students and graduates of technical degree programmes, faculty members, and representatives of Carinthian companies the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new contacts, and explore future collaborations.

Programme Highlights
Following the welcome addresses by Ada Pellert, Rector of the University of Klagenfurt, Claudia Mischensky, Managing Director of the Carinthian Federation of Industry, and Clemens Heuberger, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, participants can look forward to an exciting talk on the Cluster of Excellence (Bilateral AI) – a research initiative developing a new generation of artificial intelligence that unites symbolic logic (“rational thinking”) with neural data models (“intuition”) to create broadly applicable, self-learning, and adaptive AI systems.

In addition, the session “Spotlights: Best practice examples of cooperation between university & industry” will showcase inspiring collaboration projects that demonstrate how academic research and industrial innovation can drive technological and societal progress together.

Afterwards, the Best Performer Awards, the Roland Mittermeir Award, and the Doctoral Thesis Award will be presented in recognition of outstanding academic achievements.

Networking Fair and Company Presentations
Following the official part, the Networking Fair in Room Z.1.09 provides an opportunity for informal discussions between students, graduates, and company representatives. Carinthian companies will introduce themselves in short presentation rounds and will then be available for further exchange at themed tables. The evening will conclude with a buffet.

For Students:
