Once again this year, the digitalization scholarships of the State of Carinthia were awarded and once again one of them went to someone from our department. The ceremonial presentation of the certificates took place on 26.11.2019, in the Hall of Mirrors of the Office of the Carinthian Provincial Government in the presence of numerous interested people.
Governor Dr. Peter Kaiser, Deputy Governor Dr. Gaby Schaunig, Councillor Sebastian Schuschnig, Head of Strategic State Development Dr. Markus Bliem and Professor Ralf Terlutter, Chairman of the Jury, warmly congratulated the scholarship holders on their outstanding scientific theses on the subject of digitalization and its effects and significance for Carinthia. A jury of eight experts decided on the evaluation and selection of the works. The evaluation criteria included scientific quality, degree of innovation and explicit reference to Carinthia.
